Before you book
What to expect, and what we ask of you.
1. **Age Limit**: No children allowed in the salon for safety and focus reasons. Clients must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
2. **Appointment Policy**:
- Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. A 10-minute grace period will be given; otherwise, the appointment may be forfeited.
- A deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
3. **No-Show Policy**:
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $25 fee.
4. **Smoking Policy**: No smoking is allowed in the salon premises to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
5. **Food and Beverage Policy**:
- Eating and drinking are allowed in designated areas of the salon. However, clients are expected to be mindful and clean up after themselves.
6. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations.
7. **Hygiene Policy**:
- Clients must arrive with clean hands and nails for the best results of the service.
- Sanitization protocols should be followed before and after each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.
8. **Payment Policy**:
- Cash, CashApp, PayPal and Zelle are the only acceptable forms of payment. You can pay through the booking site as well.
- Running late
- We hold your slot for 10 minutes past your start time.
- Arriving late
- $10.00.
- Not turning up
- $15.00.
- Cancelling late
- Free before that, then within 1 day, 20% of the service.
